Director, Talent Management
James Jeffers works with personnel across the Foundation on all matters related to people and culture. He has over 40 years of varied experience in the field of human resources, with particular expertise in assisting startup ventures.
Before joining the Foundation, James spent time in diverse industries, including advertising, banking, automotive, consumer products, finance, and health care. In each instance, he worked to develop and maintain the best possible work environments for employees.
James has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications and Psychology, and Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communication. When not in the office, James enjoys his time by the lake at his home in New York State.
