Chantal Paulino provides technical assistance to the Foundation’s grantees to ensure their projects meet objectives and fill research gaps. She also conducts analysis in support of other functions in the organization and writes materials that showcase key analytics that complement the Foundation’s mission.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Chantal was an analyst at Sobel & Tinari Economics Group, where she conducted statistical data research (occupation growth rates, discount rates) to help support appraisals, and drafted economic loss appraisals for litigated matters to assist attorneys in state and federal court proceedings. As an analyst at Haver Analytics, Chantal collected and analyzed data on country macroeconomic indicators to generate time series reports, and tracked time sensitive economic and financial data for emerging economies.
Chantal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Kean University, and a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University. She is based in New Jersey and is fluent in English and Spanish.
