The Director of Talent Development is a trusted leader and credible activist with responsibility for building strong relationships with employees and the Foundation’s leadership. This unique opportunity will create responsibility for evolving the people side of the Foundation by partnering with Foundation employees and leadership. We are looking for the best candidate to drive talent management and leadership development strategies and tools, as well as processes in the disciplines of performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, coaching, development planning, and competency identification, so that we can ehance the Foundation’s current and future business success. This position is also responsible for organization design and development activities that enhance the Foundation’s effectiveness.
