November 13th Stakeholder Event
“What matters is the real people, struggling every day.”
– Dr. Derek Yach, President, Foundation for a Smoke-Free World
We’re proud of the work we did in 2018: releasing our preliminary Health, Science, and Technology agenda, initiating our RFP to create better biomarkers of exposure to nicotine delivery products, stimulating organizations to address an RFP aimed at developing a Smoke-Free Index, and partnering with Palladium on the Economic Diversification Conference in Malawi. We decided to end the year planning for our future.
On November 13th, we reviewed our objectives and held an important discussion about our future plans to accelerate research and action. Our goal focused on ending smoking through better cessation and effective harm reduction.
Your questions and feedback were deeply important to our discussion, and we want to continue making them heard. If you were unable to attend the event on November 13th, that doesn’t mean you can’t be part of the conversation.
